Indoor Adventure Golf Supervisor

We are looking for a Supervisor (16 hour contract) to work in our exciting indoor leisure venue in Rushden Lakes.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have at least 1 year's supervisory/team leading experience in a retail/leisure/restaurant/bar environment to be considered for the position.
You must be able to work weekends and evenings as these are our busiest times.

The Role of Supervisor

• Customer Service Star - and making sure other members of staff present the same positive and helpful image.
• Organiser - supervise staff & organise breaks according to the business needs.
• Cash-Handler - ring up sales, credit cards, deposits, etc.
• Keyholder - Opening & Closing procedures.
• Clean-Demon - Ensure the very best standards of cleanliness throughout the unit.
• The Rulebook - follow all policies & procedures including H&S.
