Shift pattern: 6:30am - 3:00pm Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat (2:00pm finish on Thursday or Saturday depending on shift)
In your new role as an Industrial Cleaner you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area while following Health and Safety requirements.
Deliver excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. Ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard, meeting all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.
Main Duties
Individuals in this role will undergo comprehensive training to effectively perform cleaning tasks. They will collaborate within a team and demonstrate initiative. Adherence to Mitie's Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies is essential. The designated area must be maintained to the agreed cleanliness level, following the Contract and relevant Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Daily, weekly, and periodic tasks directed by the Cleaning Supervisor should be carried out diligently. Efficient and high-quality service delivery is a priority. Equipment maintenance and safety are crucial. A thorough understanding of the assigned cleaning area, work specifications, and allocated timeframes is expected. Familiarity with all cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals used by Mitie is necessary. Building positive customer relationships and consistently exceeding expectations are key objectives.
