The Role
We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Influencer Marketing Executives to join KatKin in full-time permanent roles. This is primarily a sales and business development role, and is a fantastic opportunity for self-starters to shape the role and the team. This role has huge potential to make a substantial impact on KatKin's next phase of growth. You will be a key player in defining the approach and playbook on how KatKin works with content creators and influencers, to drive awareness across key social media channels and deliver customer acquisition results.
Key ownership areas
Shape our creator marketing strategy and execution across social channels.
Discover and build a pipeline of influencers in the United Kingdom to ensure KatKin is constantly reaching new audiences and customers on social media.
Outreach and plan gifting/seeding executions and paid partnerships to drive high response from quality content creators, with high relevance audience.
Have ownership over budgets, influencer relationships and growth results to drive ambitious acquisition targets
Set content directions and keep close contact with content creators to ensure high quality content is always delivered and driving acquisition results
Keep track of input metrics and results, help others in the team to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Who we are looking for:
Sales and targets driven mindset - highly motivated to overachieve and can work independently
Some past sales experience can be helpful (e.g. working in store, telesales, physical events etc)
Interest in social media and influencers’ lifestyles, possibly with experience creating content!
Strong creative minds and interests in shaping content directions and concepts
Strong negotiation skills
Results focused, data driven, and bias for action
Self-starter in an unstructured and entrepreneurial environment
Urge to contribute in shaping the way of working and team culture
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills

Competitive base salary of £30-35K annually, depending on experience
