Theyre currently seeking a proactive and innovative Influencer Marketing & Social Media Executive with a robust background in managing influencer campaigns, cultivating online communities, curating compelling content, and driving e-commerce engagement.
Main responsibilities:
Identifying optimal influencer collaboration opportunities across all business segments in collaboration with the Social Media team.
Assisting the PR & Marketing teams in executing the annual marketing calendar with continuous influencer participation.
Establishing solid relationships with Social Media influencers and generating content across various Social Media channels.
Proactively pitching and creating opportunities for potential influencer partnerships.
Developing tailored proposals for influencer collaborations and overseeing all stages of the process: pitching, closing, implementation, and reporting.
Ensuring timely and compliant delivery of each influencer campaign and steering Social Media coverage through influencer seeding and partnerships.
Supervising the planning of Social Media strategy across current and new social channels.
Managing Influencer Marketing campaigns and coordinating product gifting.
Requirements
Key skills:
2+ years of active engagement in online communities on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
2+ years of experience in managing strategic influencer partnerships, capable of handling multiple deadlines.
Collaborative team player with a passion for social engagement, capable of managing various content.
Demonstrated ability to devise strategy based on audience research and intuition.
Proficient (Social Media) copywriter with a strong visual sense and creative aptitude.
Ability to collaborate with the creative team while also independently producing content.
