About the Role
We are looking for an Influencer Partnerships & Affiliate Manager on a three-month contract basis (option of long term contract). The successful candidate will manage the brand’s influencer paid partnerships with a focus on driving conversion and ROI for the upcoming biggest launches of the year this spring, which fall back-to-back this spring. You will be a data-led individual, adept at identifying sales-driving and EMV (Estimated Media Value) driving creators in the luxury skincare space. Using this data and expertise, you will deliver EMV and ROI focused paid partnership campaigns from end-to-end. You will be confident in full influencer campaign delivery from procurement and onboarding to briefing and reporting.
You'll Do
- Working with the Senior Influencer & Advocacy Manager to set the strategy for paid partnership campaigns.
- Driving the Global Influencer Marketing vision, delivering end-to-end paid influencer campaigns and viral activations to support key product launches.
- Responsible for end-to-end relationship management with influencers, included but not limited to outreach, negotiation, content briefing, nurturing relationships, and evaluating performance.
- Collating and analyzing data including conversion, ROI, Earned Media Value (EMV) and new customer acquisition in order to stay agile and reactive, defining best practices for future activations.
- Manage third-party affiliate platforms such as Shop My Shelf, identifying and onboarding sales-driving profiles in the luxury skincare space.
- Ensuring affiliate community is kept up to date with key marketing moments and product launches, ensuring each profile has a unique discount code.
- Working closely on a daily basis with the Allies Media Team, identifying and utilising successful influencer content for paid media usage, and negotiating paid media usage.
- Work closely with the Community Coordinator to share ideas and communicate about emerging converting and high EMV driving talent to consider paid partnerships for the upcoming launches.
- Work closely with the social team to optimize influencer and ambassador content across brand-owned channels
- As the lead in partnership campaigns, you will measure the success of each activation based on sales conversion and the overall return on investment.
- In addition, you will be committed to securing content that drives a high Earned Media Value (EMV) and engagement rate, relative to the reach of the partner.
You are
- Located in London
- Proven experience in influencer marketing with a focus on outreach, briefing, content management, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate favorable terms and contracts with influencers.
- Extensive experience in managing influencer campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are aligned to the brands tone of voice.
- Experience of working with affiliate platforms (such as ShopMy) and social listening tools (such as Tribe Dynamic).
- An innate interest in data collation and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube) and platform/content best practices.
- Have experience and interest in the luxury skincare industry, with a positive, proactive, and self-starting attitude
