Job description

37 hours per week
Fixed Term – 28/02/25 (Maternity Cover)
We are looking to appoint a motivated and flexible individual to join the Information Services team.
The successful candidate will have excellent computer skills as the majority of the role will involve large volumes of data entry. A current working knowledge of all office packages including Excel, Outlook and Word is essential. Experience of databases such as EBS are also desirable.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work, with excellent problem-solving skills, are essential for this role.
Excellent customer services skills are also essential for this role as elements will involve working with staff and learners from across the college.
The successful candidate will also be required to work from various campuses and therefore access to a car with a valid driving license are essential.
Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will not be treated less favourably than applications submitted in English.Please note that successful candidates will be expected to pay for the Enhanced Disclosure and registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
