Do you have experience working in a law firm/as part of a solicitors?
Liberty Recruitment Group is excited to be working with a UK-wide organisation in the search for an Information Services Officer to join their well-established team in Southampton on a 12-month fix term basis. This is a part-time role working Monday to Thursday, 9am until 5pm with hybrid working options available.
In this varied role, you will be involved with performing a range of tasks, such as;
- Assist with the inquiries service delivering research to customers
- Monitor and abstract newspapers, journals, and websites to produce daily and weekly bulletins
- Complete cataloguing and other compliance maintenance duties
- Aid in training existing users and new starters on research sources
- Support in other administrative duties
As a person, you will need;
- Previous experience in a professional service
- Previous experience within a similar role, ideally a library role
- Have strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and be able to prioritise
- Excellent IT skills
