Infrastructure Engineer

Robert Half Technology are assisting UK's market leading healthcare organisation to recruit a Infrastructure Engineer on a 3-6 month contract - £300-£400 per day - hybrid working - London

Role

• The Infrastructure Engineer will manage our mission-critical infrastructure and services to ensure availability, security, and compliance.
• Identify, recommend, and implement changes to IT infrastructure, with reference to cyber security, availability, and resilience.
• Manage and administer our end user devices (Windows / Mac) via direct support and MDM
• Administration of our M365 and AAD/AD hybrid environment.
• Proactively monitor systems and services, applying remedial actions and intervention where needed as well as implementing change.
• Lead on the implementation, management, and procedure creation for new IT systems.
• Develop procedures to monitor and maintain infrastructure and end-user devices and ensure good documentation is in place.
• Work with the Digital Operations Manager and support agencies to minimise or eliminate risk and points of failure.

Profile

• The Infrastructure Engineer will have experience with Azure, specifically: AAD / Networking / Apps deployment
• Intune (Endpoint Manager), specifically: App packaging and deployment
• Microsoft 365 administration (Account modification/license assignment)
• Compliancy management for devices via Endpoint
• Window 2019 Server (running on Azure VM platform)
• Windows 10/11 support ability
• MacOS support ability
• ESET Internet Security
• AdminByRequest
• Microsoft Teams, specifically knowledge of meeting room setups
