SalaryA great opportunity for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a reputable law firm as they embark on a large-scale virtualisation project!
ROLE:
- Carry out upgrades, moves, and cloud migration tasks
- Maintain performance and security of the systems and servers
- Ensure minimal downtime throughout the project timeframe
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues
- Support the manager with project execution
- Mentor colleagues and knowledge share
- Work with colleagues and 3rd party vendors
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years in an Infrastructure Engineer/ Technical Analyst role
- Experience successfully carrying out Cloud migration projects
- Demonstratable experience supporting servers, networks, and systems
- Confident working with Microsoft products
- Understanding of ITIL practices
- Excellent communication and people skills
