Infrastructure Engineer / Liverpool/Hybrid / £45,000

A well-established business in Liverpool is looking to expand their talented IT Team.

You’ll be committed to delivering excellent in house IT support. Your strong communication skills will help you to diagnose issues across the business and provide technical support.

You will be supporting a wide range of IT Systems across on prem and cloud Infrastructure, helping to fix equipment errors, server builds and network configuration alongside providing 3rd line escalation point support.

Experience

Experience of working in a corporate or MSP technology and environment.

Previous experience with project management, major incidents, and escalations

Onsite experience of installation of Servers, PCs & Laptops

Network maintenance & installation on network equipment, switches, wireless access points.

Customer Support, taking calls from customers and solving technical issues remotely

Service Desk Support and solving issues remotely

Technology stack includes:

Windows Servers

Office 365

Virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V)

Cloud Computing

Windows/Mac OS
