SalaryGI Group are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join one of our clients based in Trafford Park.
You will need to have a RTITB counter balance Fork lift license for this role.

Monday - Friday
3 Shift pattern
6-2, 2-10, 10-6
£34000 - £38000 annual
Having recently acquired the business from a retiring owner, they are on a journey to simplify and modernise the shop floor.
We're looking to add a setter to there team who can help them optimise there processes and make suggestions how to continuously improve the factory.

Working alongside the new Factory Manager, you'll:
- Monitor production processes and optimise machine cycle times
- Carry out tool change overs
- Do basic mechanical fault finding
- Use the forklift to transport material to our 19 presses
- Communicate shift priorities and numbers in handover documents
- Manage tidiness of our tooling racks and masterbatch areas
- Be on the lookout for equipment, software and process improvement opportunities at all times
- Follow onsite safety requirements, and help others
Requirements:
- Previous Injection Moulding experience essential
- "Slow down, to speed up" mindset
- Used to working with various moulding machines, robots, sprue pickers and granulators
- Good communication, and happy to collaborate with others
- Keen to get stuck in, and not afraid to make suggestions
- Counter balance FLT license
