Your Mission
- Help On take a significant step into the world of advanced/automated manufacturing by looking at how we operate today versus how we can pivot into the future by using revolutionary technologies and capabilities to build factories of the future
- Fully engaged with the On Vietnam Innovation Team working closely to assess machinery efficiency, optimisation, and key inputs/outputs to determine the value they bring to our development and production processes
- Work with key partners to benchmark their process to evaluate the value they bring to our manufacturing ecosystem
Your Story
- Possess a strong engineering mindset regardless of which area of study you focussed on
- Understand how systems work and all their interdependencies such as input/output, efficiencies, and value added
- Be extremely collaborative and have strong communication skills (oral, written, visual, story telling)
- Think creatively and critically and be solutions-oriented
- Have a strong curiosity for the unknown and impossible
