- Working with the Audience Engagement Manager to deliver audience engagement campaigns across digital and non-digital channels
- Collaborating with the Audience Engagement Manager to implement audience segmentation models. This will involve pulling data reports and translating data into insights
- Looking at various touchpoints during the customer journey to ensure that we enhance our retention and acquisition of existing and new customers
- Engaging with the Audience Engagement Manager to inform stakeholders of audience strategies for forthcoming events
- Creating and presenting audience insights to the Marketing & Programming team
- Compiling social media competitor insights with guidance from the Marketing Campaigns Manager
- Responsible for updating campaign performance metrics across all channels together with the Marketing Campaigns Manager
- Working alongside the Marketing Campaigns Manager, assist with email marketing best practices
- Being the 'super user' of JW3's CRM system (Spektrix), managing and maintaining it to ensure the application is used to its full potential across the organisation
- Working with key internal and external stakeholders to plan the set-up of events in the Spektrix CRM system, to ensure that events are available to purchase on the website and through the box office at agreed timescales
- Being a key player in the delivery of enhancements to JW3's Spektrix ticketing system, and customer database; working closely with our CRM provider to ensure smooth, user-friendly operation of the Spektrix database system
- Delivering induction and refresher training on the use of Spektrix to relevant JW3 staff
- Being comfortable with using other audience insight platforms (Audience Agency, Dotdigital, GA4)
- Ensuring adherence to JW3's brand articulation within the scope of own role
- Supporting internal (and external, where applicable) teams on data insights and reporting
- Using and presenting sales and engagement analysis for campaign optimisation and evaluation.
