About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Insolvency and Restructuring Partner to lead and expand a dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's strategic direction in Insolvency and Restructuring matters. Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the Insolvency and Restructuring team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior members. * Develop and implement strategies to grow the firm's Insolvency and Restructuring practice. * Provide expert advice and representation to clients on a wide range of Insolvency and Restructuring matters. * Handle complex and high-value cases with proficiency and diligence. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the client base. Criteria: * Minimum of 10 years PQE in Insolvency and Restructuring law. * Proven track record of successful team management and leadership. * Extensive experience handling diverse and complex Insolvency and Restructuring cases. * Strong business development skills with the ability to attract and retain clients. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
