Insurance Advisor
Job Location: Ringwood, Hampshire
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum + bonus
Hours: 9am – 6pm Monday – Thursday with a 5pm finish on Friday – no weekends!

We are working with a specialist insurance company who are the saving grace for unusual properties and circumstances
that continuously struggle to obtain insurance - this is where you come in!

Every customer will have a different unique requirement so you will implement your extensive skills and training to
secure a tailor-made policy whilst providing excellent customer service.
This is not your typical call centre position; this is a more personable and traditional inbound working environment
working within an office of around 30 people. It is an excellent opportunity to work with a friendly company who support
their staff with progression, ongoing training, support and insurance qualifications (CII)
Key responsibilities within this role will include:
• Providing first class customer service via inbound enquiries (telephone, live chat, email)
• Ensuring that the correct cover is administered depending on customer requirements
• Following processes and guidelines (compliance, treating customers fairly)
• Dealing with complex and bespoke quotations and enquiries
• Communicating with different departments across the business to ensure customer requirements are met and understood
• Ensuring databases are kept up to date with correct customer details, communications and progress
The successful applicant will possess:
• Previous experience working within an insurance background
• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality of work
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to make an active contribution to a positive, progressive culture within the company
• Strong work ethic and attitude
• Good computer skills – Microsoft Office
