Red Recruitment is recruiting an Insurance Advisor to join our client, a thriving established insurance business. The salary for this position is £27,000 - £30,000 per annum and also includes a further 20% commission, this role is located in Basingstoke.

Key Responsibilities of an Insurance Advisor:
Working collaboratively with the senior team and colleagues in other business units to ensure the right business insurance is provided for clients
Providing administration support to staff and customers including responding to e-mails from clients and insurers
Taking mid-term adjustment queries and processing necessary changes with insurers
Providing claims support and advice to customers
Dealing with Premium Finance, Debtors, ledger reports and office audits
Key Skills and Experience of an Insurance Advisor:
Proficient with Insurance products
Knowledge of FCA Regulations and compliance
Ideally holding a Professional qualification relevant to insurance
Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
Enthusiasm for Insurance and providing the very best experience for customers
