Insurance Claims Advisor

Team Support Midlands are excited to be working with a highly successful Insurance broker based in Bromsgrove. We are currently recruiting for a Renewals Commercial Account Handler

Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP30,000 plus bonus

Hours: 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday

I would be excited to speak with Insurance account handlers based within the Bromsgrove area who are ready for their next opportunity.

Main duties in the Commercial Insurance Account Handler role:

Responsible for growing our commercial clients through arranging renewal of policies for existing clients & assisting with midterm adjustments
Be a point of referral within the team
Organize daily work to ensure compliance is always met
Liaise with Underwriters to help secure the retention of clients.
Identify new markets, schemes, and other opportunities to help grow the Business

• • • Working knowledge of SLA s and keeping on top of workload
    • Have a focus on Customer Service and relationship building skills
    • The ability to work within a team with confidence.

The skills you ll bring to the Commercial Insurance Account Handler role:
• Thorough commercial combined and/or commercial package insurance knowledge as a minimum due to requirements of clients
• Minimum one year experience dealing with commercial clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Organized and effective worker
