Are you the right person for the job?
- Previous experience in Insurance Claims handling is advantageous but not essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
What will your role look like?
- Reviewing and assessing Insurance Claims
- Communicating with policyholders, claimants, loss adjusters and insurance companies
- Diary management for field staff
- Managing claims from start to finish
- Documenting claim activity and maintaining accurate records
- Adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements
