Probus Engineering are proud to partner with a market leading civil engineering firm servicing some of the largest highways, rail and airfield projects across the UK. An opportunity has arisen for an Insurance Coordinator to join their legal & insurance team. The Insurance Coordinator plays a pivotal role in facilitating the efficient operation of insurance-related processes within our client’s organisation.
This position involves managing insurance policies, coordinating and facilitating the processing of insurance claims, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The Insurance Coordinator serves as a liaison between our organization, insurance providers, brokers and third parties to guarantee that insurance-related matters are handled accurately and promptly.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferable
- Diploma or similar qualification in Insurance Administration
- Membership of Insurance Management Institute (PMI) or Chartered Insurance Institute (CII)
- Proven experience in insurance coordination or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of insurance principles, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in using insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite (MS Teams, Sharepoint, Power BI)
- Full driving licence.

Dealing with claims related to : - Motor - TPL - Property – Plant -
Driving offences – Plant and transport
Payment for TPL claims
INSURANCE ADMINISTRATION:
**Policy Knowledge **Policy Queries **Bid support. **Quotations **Broker Management **Manage tenders for any insurance policy procurement **Premium Settlement – invoices
RENEWALS
** Processing the Renewals of Policies **Quotations for additional or project specific cover.
