Up to £41,000 (depending on experience) + skills & experience

As the Integrated Designer, you’ll advance creative work, expanding Specsavers Creative’s portfolio, and enable us to provide our clients with a fully integrated approach. Working collaboratively with other members of the design and larger agency teams, you’ll push our creative output to new heights and enable a variety of initiatives.

Integrated design is where the various elements of design are combined into a coherent whole; harmonising design solutions for both print and digital, and making sure that the fundamentals of a given campaign are joined up and effective across all areas. This role will focus on 5 areas: creative briefs, design, client relationships, developing talent, and budget management. This is a real opportunity for a talented designer to get stuck into the various elements of design and create an impressive array of work that is fit for purpose.

We’re looking to pay up to around £41,000 plus bonuses for the more experienced candidates, which could be negotiable for the right person. You’ll be a pro in typography and print design in addition to a wide range of creative touch points including social media, motion graphics, video editing, and photography.
