My client is a global legal powerhouse, renowned for its unwavering commitment to client service, legal excellence, and a tradition of fostering meaningful and enduring client relationships. With a heritage dating back to the late 1800's, this firm has evolved into one of the world's leading law firms, operating across major business and financial hubs globally.
They are now looking for a mid-level Intellectual Property Solicitor to join a team that advise on the full range of soft IP disputes; copyright, trademarks, database rights, domain names, and trade secrets for clients within the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) industry together with the life science, retail and financial services sectors. Due to the vast international reach of the firm, the practice is consistently working with some of the world's largest and well-known names within the respective sectors, resulting in an almost unparalleled quality of work.
What will the ideal candidate look like?
- 3-6PQE Lawyer
- Qualified/admitted legal practitioner in England & Wales
- Experience working on IP disputes within a reputable full service or boutique firm.
- Experience with patents is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong academic background, with a STEM degree being a preference.
