SalaryAs a pivotal member of the UK Security Services team within MBDA, you will play a crucial role in promoting a strong security culture and enhancing the safety of business travellers through intelligence gathering and briefing!
Job Title: Intelligence, Travel and Security Awareness Manager
Salary: Circa £48,000 depending on experience
Location: Stevenage, Bristol or Bolton (we may be able to offer a relocation package for this role)
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2 days per week on-site, due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

Develop and deliver focused security-related material to promote the security culture of all employees
Enhance the safety of business travellers through intelligence gathering and briefing
Disseminate threat intelligence and support business travellers domestically and internationally
Identify areas of business vulnerabilities and develop and deliver proactive security education programmes
What we're looking for from you:
Proven experience as a security manager, including managing complex investigations and intelligence management
Ability to assimilate complex information and deliver security education and awareness
Excellent communication and presentational skills
Experience in risk management and a broad understanding of risk and threat vectors affecting the defence industry
Ability to hold Security Vetting level of security clearance
