Customer Interactions (CI) is the analytical team at the heart of the Chief Customer Office (CCO) delivering better outcomes and experiences, for customers, colleagues and our brands.
We achieve this by undertaking analytics to build deep understanding of customers' experiences and needs through a combination of creative and strategic insight, and use this to deliver personalised interactions, optimised advertising and improved strategy.

What you'll need
You'll be highly proficient in a coding languages such as PYTHON, R, SAS, SQL (Role primarily requires use of SQL).
You'll have excellent stakeholder management skills and demonstrates an ability to explain technical data concepts to non-technical audiences.
You'll have excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to be autonomous over workload in order to prioritise the right initiatives to achieve maximum value.
Can work well independently as well as being comfortable collaborating as part of a large team.
And any experience of these would be really useful
You'll have experience working in a financial services and / or a marketing team.
You'll have experience delivering value from insight extracted from large datasets.
You're impact driven and eager to have a real positive impact for our customers.
You're as comfortable getting hands-on as taking a step back and thinking strategically.
You're self-motivated; you proactively identify issues and opportunities and tackle them.
