A female based charity is in search of a proficient interim Accounts Payable professional to join their team on a temporary basis whilst they recruit the long term permanent post. This position demands meticulous attention to detail in order to support the fantastic and impactful work that this charity does.

The Role:
- Processing invoices, ensuring accurate coding to projects
- Reconciling statements and preparing payments
- Preparing weekly purchase ledger BACS payment runs
- Maintaining vendor records
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders is paramount to ensure timely payments and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Handling staff expense queries
- Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable or analogous financial roles, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
- Understanding of accounting principles and methodologies.
- Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Desired exposure to BACS payments and reconciliations
- Potential for role to turn permanent for the right candidate
- Hybrid working in central London (2 days a week in the office)
- £100-£150 umbrella per day
- Circa £27,000 per annum + benefits
