Interim Business Analyst

Partner Financial are working with a global business who are undertaking a system implementation throughout their Group. They require immediate additional support in their project team in the form of a pro-active and analytical Business Analyst.

The programme is currently in the initial stages, and the successful candidate will be part of a team supporting the Project Manager with reviewing, collating, documenting, and analysing the gathered interfacing data. The ideal candidate must have 'hands on’ experience of the entire project lifecycle and be able to implement and document the entire process map from discovery phase. You must have had exposure to Transformation and to system development life cycle.

Key Deliverables:

• Mapping the process and cleansing data collected from the operational system for the financial system.
• Operational processing underpinning the testing and creation of standard operating procedures.
• Interfacing with operational teams and translating requirements to technical teams and vice versa.
• Process improving procedures and ensuring project is completed in a timely manner.
• Creating and writing the interface documents.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the system.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 'Hands on’ experience of documenting entire process maps for system implementations.
• Experience of working on a MS Dynamics system implementation project.
• The ability to work with ambiguity and a proactive approach is essential.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated and the ability to independently problem-solve.
