Profile
A successful Interim HR Business Analyst should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Recent experience as a HR Business Analyst or similar HR role within a global matrixed Financial Services environment. (Investment Banking)
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Proficient in HR systems and databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
