Panoramic Associates has partnered with an extra care scheme based in Newcastle Upon Tyne that is looking for an Interim Care-Coordinator to join them immediately for 3 -6 months. As the Interim Care-Coordinator, you will report into the Registered Manager and have responsibility for co-ordinating and navigating the care across the service.
This service is new and currently provides around 12-14 hours of care per day, 7 days per week. You will work from their central office, organising the staff rotas etc and ensure that the best levels of care are provided to the service users, all of which are elderly.
To be considered for this role you will have the following experience:
- Care-Coordinator or above
- Domiciliary, Extra Care or Sheltered Housing experience
- CQC experience
- You must also be able to start within the next 2 weeks
