Interim Cherish Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Creative and Production Team. 
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and closing projects within our internal creative and marketing ‘agency’. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. 
This role requires a blend of project management expertise, creativity, and effective communication skills to drive successful project outcomes.
The British Heart Foundation (BHF) Creative and Production Team creates and executes marketing and communications campaigns for the whole organisation. The team plays a vital part supporting the strong BHF brand and the charity’s mission to raise money to fund research to keep hearts beating and blood flowing. 
Our vision is a world without heart and circulatory diseases and together, we fund research to save and improve lives.
Working arrangements
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.
At the BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average.  The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

About you
As our ideal candidate, you have extensive experience as a Project Manager in a creative or marketing setting (either in-house or agency) and experience of working with a strong commercial brand or large charity.
With a strong understanding of creative processes, marketing strategies, and project management methodologies, you are proficient in project management systems, tools, and software (particularly Monday dot com).
A customer-focused collaborator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you have experience of working with many clients, delivering a professional service in a fast-paced environment.
With excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills, you are punctual and reliable and have a desire to problem solve, challenge and be challenged.

Interview process
