We are hiring for a regulated Interim Contact Centre Administrator to join our team in Bristol. 

The Contact Support team are the initial point of contact for our clients via phone, e-mail and post, and we ensure we provide a fantastic customer experience.

Responsibilities

Your appointment will strengthen the Contact Support team and cover a wide range of tasks which include the following:

  • Your regulated skillset will be a welcome addition to the existing team. 
  • Answering calls and passing them through to the relevant team if necessary.
  • Monitoring the mailbox and passing client queries onto the relevant team or responding where applicable.
  • Maintaining excellent customer service delivery by escalating urgent issues.
  • Ensure post is scanned and passed onto the relevant teams in a timely manner.
  • Support the team leads with ad-hoc requests.
