The role The successful candidate will assist the Director of the Centre for Health, Humanities and Science (Faculty of Arts) in the effective management of the Centre and its activities. The Senior Administrative Assistant will work with a collegial and vibrant research community and assist with event organisation, informal minute taking, ERP claims and travel and hotel bookings, and website management. What will you be doing? Manage straightforward diary scheduling for one or more diaries Provide administrative support to (academic) staff for travel arrangements or meeting arrangements. Arrange routine meetings, order catering, collate and distribute papers where appropriate and take notes/minutes as required. Assist with the administration of conferences, workshops and other Centre events such as Management Committee and International Advisory Board meetings. You should apply if Essential: Good organisational skills; minute taking; expenses claims; travel and hotel bookings; and website management. Desirable: Familiarity with University of Bristol room and catering bookings, ERP, and website management.
