SalaryWe are working with an exciting challenger bank that is looking for an Interim - Director of Cyber & IT Risk to join the team in Kent. (2 days WFH on offer).
The position is a 3 months contract paying £700 per day (Inside of IR35) via Umbrella.
The successful candidate must be immediately available to start employment, have held senior IT Risk/Cyber Risk positions within Financial Services (preferably within banking) and able to commute to their office in Kent 3 days a week.
Examples of responsibilities to expect:
- Support Internal Audit Actions related to Data, IT and Cyber Risk.
- Provide oversight to the IT and Cyber Risk Management Framework, ensuring that the Bank's IT and Cyber risk are understood, and appropriate controls are in place and tested.
- Review key Data and IT development of key Group Programmes in line with Risk Management Framework
- Represent Risk in committees and working groups.
- Oversee Second Line Data, IT and Cyber function
Candidate Requirements:
- 10+ years of IT Risk or Cyber Risk experience within financial services (ideally banking.
- Proven Experience of working at Director level or Head of level
- Candidates must be immediately available and able to commute to the Bank's office in Kent 3 days per week.
- Experience in managing stakeholders and influence management to lead and work collaboratively across the business function.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
