I'm proud to be exclusively partnering with A well-known Charity based in London. My client is looking for an Interim Finance Officer to join their impressive and cooperative team on a 6-month temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent come the end of the contract.
Main responsibilities of the interim Finance Officer are:
- Completing payment runs every fortnight in consultation with the Senior Financial Accountant.
- Processing Invoices and expenses, accurately and efficiently.
- Managing the finance mailbox and responding within 48 hours.
- Liaising with suppliers regarding invoices and payments on a daily basis.
- Assisting with year-end and audit preparation when required.
- Any ad-hoc responsibilities as required by the Finance team.
My Client is looking for:
- Strong purchase ledger experience.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Writes and speaks with ease
- Ability to grasp the responsibilities of the role and hit the ground running.
- Proactive and strong time management/organisational abilities
My client can offer a flexible approach to working, with 3 days a week going into the office based in London and the rest working remotely for the whole duration of the contract. This role also boasts the opportunity to continue in the perm position once the contract has come to an end.
