London based Finance Director required. Create and lead a culture of financial excellence, and ensure financial integrity across this major European business
The Role
As Finance Director you will contribute to the delivery of company business strategy and business goals. Ensuring financial integrity for the business and creating a culture of financial excellence, you will oversee the provision of procurement / IT services / systems. Responsibilities will include:
- leading finance function to maximise business performance
- managing relationships with key stakeholders / partners to maximise business opportunities
- maintaining robust financial control framework
- leading proactive management of risk / prevention of fraud
- overseeing development / implementation of procurement systems / IT services / policies
- overseeing provision of payroll services
- maintaining business continuity plans

The Person
As Interim Finance Director you will have experience in a similar role managing a large finance department, and have the relevant qualifications. With a track record of delivering improved profitability & efficiency in a regulated, safety conscious environment you will also have:
- experience in the full range of management / financial accounting / payroll services
- appreciation of IT / procurement good practices
- excellent analytical / influencing / communication skills
