Interim Finance Director

Our client one of London's leading Registered Social landlords and Housing Developers is looking for an Interim Finance Director to lead the end to end YE audit process and day to day operations of the finance team.

This is a contract until the end of June.

Day to day duties:

• Leading on the end to end YE audit process
• Being the main point of contact for auditors and answering any queries
• Leading the finance team to ensure strategic plan, business plan and goals are achieved
• Delivering accurate and timely management, regulatory and statutory reports
• Acting as a key business partner to other senior managers and working with Executive team to support delivery of the Corporate Plan
• Ensuring tax arrangements are managed effectively and efficiently
• Supporting the annual budget and 5 year business plan through to draft board report

Essential requirements:

• CCAB qualified accountant
• Experienced in leading end to end audits
