Interim Finance Director

Trinity House Group is working exclusively with a leading manufacturing business to recruit an interim Finance Director, who will be responsible for the following:

• Managing the Group's budgeting and forecasting cycle efficiently
• Generating timely monthly management accounts and preparing associated Board reports
• Contributing to and executing operational efficiency programmes aimed at reducing costs, enhancing profitability, and optimising cash flow
• Establishing, maintaining, and enhancing robust financial control and reporting standards across the group according to IFRS reporting standards, including offering technical accounting advice and implementing best practices
• Overseeing the external audit relationship to ensure transparency and efficiency during the audit process
• Handling treasury management, foreign currency hedging, and cash flow forecasting
• Contributing to and executing operational efficiency programmes aimed at reducing costs, enhancing profitability, and optimising cash flow
• Maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders, such as banks and shareholders
