SalaryI am currently working with an exciting and well known Hospitality business in search for an Interim Finance Manager with a strong commercial background to join the team.
In this role you will be supporting The Head of Finance to strengthen their Commercial Finance Team. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase you r commercial knowledge within a fast paced and ever evolving business.
A successful candidate will be responsible for the reporting of financial performance, KPI's and analysis of variances in the findings to ensure accurate weekly figures. This role also requires a sound knowledge of the month end process within an FMCG business as well as experience presenting commercial reports, budgets and forecasting.
Ideally, you will -
- Be a qualified Accountant or studying towards ACA, ACCA or CIMA and have relevant industry experience within a retail/FMCG environment.
- Confident communication skills to support you in providing financial support and building strong client relationships with financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Have great organisation skills and the ability to maintain an excellent eye for detail whilst multitasking.
- Be able to demonstrate flexibility and initiative when faced responding to the business's needs.
