Interim Financial Accountant Part Time

An Interim Financial Accountant is needed to support a dedicated Accounting & Finance team in Swindon. This is a part-time position working 3 days a week for circa 5 months.

Description

The main responsibilities:

• Month End Reporting (Fixed Asset & IFRS16 Reporting, Capex Reporting, Cash Flow Reporting, oversight and management of various ledger closings)
• Additional Quarterly Reporting tasks (Defined Benefit Pension Reporting and Tax Reporting)
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliation for all financial accounting FSLI's
• Quarterly review of wider Finance teams balance reconciliations
• Oversight and management of half year audit (High level analytical review audit with minimal sample selection)
• Support and oversight of two Financial Accounting team members

Profile

The successful candidate will possess:

• A full and recognised accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Well rounded financial accounting experience
• IFRS 16 experience (desired, but not essential)

Job Offer

• A competitive daily salary ranging from GBP250 to GBP300 depending on experience (inside IR35)
• This is hybrid working with a requirement for more days on-site during the initial handover period.
• An April start for a period of 5 months
