Interim Financial Consultant - M&A

SF Recruitment have been engaged with a business based in the heart of Birmingham in the recruitment of an Interim Finance Consultant with a huge focus on merger and acquisitions.
My client is a successful and ambitious business who are going through a period of significant growth and change and require a project leader for some of their acquisitive transactions.
The role is ideally suited to a candidate who can offer M&A experience and is able to hit the ground running and work off their own initiative.
Day to date duties of the role will be around project management from an M&A, accounting, operational, stakeholder management and advisory perspective.
This is a hybrid opportunity with the successful candidate needing to travel into the Birmingham office 2 times a week.
