As Interim Head of Marketing and Brand you will oversee several strands of our strategic growth at this critical time, providing overall accountability for our Marketing and press efforts. This includes exceptional leadership of operational delivery across brand, CRM, campaigns, insights, website/digital/onsite customer journeys, press and media partnerships, and internal communications. You will lead a team of experienced specialists, supporting them to deliver exciting outcomes in their areas and coaching them to expand team capabilities and improve ways of working, both within the team and across the company. This role could be suitable for someone with considerable direct experience in Marketing and communications disciplines with progressively increasing leadership of multi-level teams in a complex environment, or could also be filled by a more seasoned leader with wider-ranging experience. Experience in the performing arts, ticketing or charity sectors is not required (though very helpful), but the ability to hit the ground running with a comprehensive understanding of how to lead Marketing and press for an industry-leading, internationally-renowned business is essential. This fixed-term role will report to the current post holder who is becoming Director of Audience Development on an interim basis until that role has been recruited.
