SalaryAlexander Lloyd are supporting a large Professional Services firm on the recruitment of an HR Advisor on an initial 12 month FTC.
This is a great opportunity to join a top name in the professional services sector. A full HR Generalist Advisor with 3+years experience in the role, extensive knowledge of Employee Relations and a minimum of CIPD Level 5 qualified is ideally what we are looking for.
This really is a full HR generalist role with all aspects of HR to get involved in with a keen eye for Employee Relations.
You will need-
- 3 years HR Advisor experience
- Extensive ER Knowledge
- CIPD qualified
- Experience of Change management
- A knowledge of restructures would be preferable.
- Preferably from a large complex matrix organisation
This organisation offer a flexible hybrid working pattern of a 50/50 split between home and office working.
They have multiple locations across the UK that this role can be based from.
Salary is dependant on office location and experience.
