Description
An Interim HR Change Consultant to:
- Lead a restructure and redundancy program
- Lead on any consultation process and exit interviews
- Support employees with any queries and support them through the process
- Manage and develop relationships with the trade unions
- Support on any additional employee relations matters
- Further details on the change project to be discussed
- Ability to work autonomously and independently with the SLT
Profile
An Interim HR Change Consultant with:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit space
- Experience of leading change programs, consultations and exit interviews
- Good employee relations experience
- Experience of working with trade unions
