LondonEnergy are looking for an HR Generalist to join the People Team which will be based in Edmonton, North London on an Interim basis for 8-12 weeks.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for supporting and developing employees within the organisation. Managing all issues, policies and processes related to people throughout the employee lifecycle. Ensuring the HR department's operations are running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organisation as a whole.
Responsibilities
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
- Administering compensation and benefit plans
- Assisting in talent acquisition processes
- Organising training and development initiatives
- Providing support to employees and their managers in various HR-related topics such as leavers, compensation, sickness absence
- Promoting HR programmes to create a positive working environment
- Assisting in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Creation and delivery of line management training
- Supporting performance management and organise the performance review cycle
- Gathering and analyse data with useful HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Continually looking for ways to improve the employee experience.
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation
Requirements
To be considered for this role, we are looking for:
- CIPD Qualified to Level 3 or 4 or willing to study towards certification alongside employment
- Good knowledge of general HR principles and practices
- Up to date knowledge of UK employment law and legislation
- Confident communicator with sound interpersonal skills; capable of establishing strong connections with employees across all levels of the company
- Experience of using key HR software and systems — or able to get to grips with them quickly
- Ability to work in the office 3 days per week

- Salary of £45,000 to £55,000 per annum depending on experience
