Interim Hr Manager - Manufacturing

This role is an interim opportunity for 3 months to support through an increased workload period. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in aligning the HR operations with the business strategy as well as overseeing the operational day to day of the HR department.

Description

The Interim HR Manager - Manufacturing will be responsible for:

• Strategically manage HR in line with the company objectives
• Work alongside the Head of HR to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of employee talent
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee the operational running of the HR department
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Profile

The ideal Interim HR Manager - Manufacturing will have the following skills/qualities:

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Immediately Available/Available on short notice
• Ideally CIPD qualified or qualified by experience
