This role is an interim opportunity for 3 months to support through an increased workload period. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in aligning the HR operations with the business strategy as well as overseeing the operational day to day of the HR department.

Description
The Interim HR Manager - Manufacturing will be responsible for:
- Strategically manage HR in line with the company objectives
- Work alongside the Head of HR to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of employee talent
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee the operational running of the HR department
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Profile
The ideal Interim HR Manager - Manufacturing will have the following skills/qualities:
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Immediately Available/Available on short notice
- Ideally CIPD qualified or qualified by experience
