Interim Income Recovery Specialist Fully Remote

Robertson Bell are working with a social housing provider to recruit an Income Recovery Specialist on an initial three-month contract. The main duties include:

• Checking that eviction letters are completed and sent to tenants correctly.
• Checking customer accounts balances are correct.
• Handling ad-hoc customer queries.

This is a great opportunity for someone that has great attention to detail and enjoys focused project roles. The right person for this role will have:

• Income recovery experience in social housing or local authority
• Familiarity with the eviction process
• Great attention to detail, and a love for process.
