Proven experience in a senior management role within the aesthetics (whether from a supplier, wholesaler or clinical background- you must thoroughly understand the Aesthetics market and end customer).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving ambitious targets.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and functions.
Knowledge of aesthetics industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Experience in international business development is a plus.
