Interim P2P Project Lead

Position:Interim P2P Project Lead

Duration: 6 to 9 months

Location: Manchester (strong preference for a candidate within a commutable geography)

Rate: £650/750 per day outside IR35

Start Date: Immediate

I have an immediate requirement for an experienced Interim P2P Project lead and AP specialist to deliver a process standardisation project. The role will require you to visit standalone sites within this multi-site business, assess their As Is processes, build relevant relationships with key stakeholders and assess what best in practice processes could/should look like.

Stage 2 will be to use this information to create benchmark P2P processes, that are then documented and rolled out across the business. This will form part of wider transformation and improvement activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough assessment of individual sites to evaluate their current P2P capabilities and processes.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand existing challenges and system limitations.
• Provide expert consultancy and strategic advice to the SLT, recommending best-in-class P2P solutions.
• Develop a comprehensive plan for the implementation of standardized P2P processes across multiple locations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading P2P projects, with a strong track record of process improvement and standardization.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to deep dive into complex systems and identify inefficiencies.
• Strong networking and stakeholder management skills to effectively communicate and influence at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
