Description
- Accurate processing of payroll data for all staff members.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies quickly and efficiently.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Regularly updating payroll records as necessary.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of payroll information.
- Working closely with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data.
- Assisting with audits and reviews of payroll processes.
- Providing excellent service to staff regarding payroll queries.
Profile
A successful Interim Payroll Specialist should have:
- Excellent experience in a similar role
- A strong understanding of payroll processes and tax laws.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong IT skills, particularly with payroll software and Excel.
- A solid understanding of confidentiality requirements.
