Here at Hays, we are working with a client who are a dynamic and growing company. They are seeking a skilled and detail-orientated Payroll and Accounts Administrator to join their team. If you are looking to join a team where there is a true family feeling, then this could be the company for you!
Your new role
As a Payroll and Accounts Administrator, you will have day-to-day responsibilities. These will include;

• Processing end to end weekly payroll using Sage 50.
• Implementation and processing of auto-enrolment pension schemes for all employees.
• Processing new starters and leavers.
• Completing employee holiday checks
• Processing and submission of relevant HMRC forms
• Answering the phone and forwarding calls to the relevant people
• Provide general admin support to the office, including Sales and Purchase Ledger.

What you'll need to succeed

• Sage 50 Payroll experience essential
• Excellent levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work accurately to deadlines and multitask when necessary.
• Team players and able to establish effective working relationships.
• Answering the phone and forwarding calls to the relevant people.
• Confident with MS Office packages, especially Excel.
