Your new role
As a Payroll Assistant, you will be required to:
Work within a team environment to assist with the processing of three monthly payrolls.
Calculating sickness deduction, backdated pay, cost splits, incremental rises, changes in hours, and leavers payments.
Assisting colleagues with issues that they may face regarding payroll.
Administering the companies benefits.
Assisting with maintaining and managing payslips, and any company reports.
What you\'ll need to succeed
Previous experience of working in a payroll environment whilst also working towards or holding a recognised payroll qualification.
Experience of working in a customer-centric role with a developed understanding of customer service.
You must also possess good organisational skills. This includes but is not limited to effective time management and the ability to work under pressure, adhering to deadlines.
