Are you a payroll specialist with experience in practice or a bureau looking to develop your career, collaborating closely with the senior Director and through courses to deepen your knowledge and grow your knowledge in personal tax accounting as well as working across a diverse range of clients or industries?
On offer is an opportunity to join an established practice for over 30 years, where you can advance your payroll experience and skills as well as your personal tax exposure, work closely and report into the Tax Director and have predictable working hours with some flexibility.
This company has 2 partners, has been established over 30 years and has been selected as one of the leading accounting firms in the South Yorkshire area through delivering excellent accounting and personal tax services to SME's, owner-managed businesses across the South Yorkshire area, including Barnsley, Rotherham, Goole, Doncaster, and Pontefract area.
This role would suit a developing payroll specialist looking to further their payroll exposure and grow their personal tax and work with a great team, while reporting to a Tax Director, who supports and develops his team or someone with a broad knowledge of personal tax looking for a stable role within a stable practice.
The Role:
- Ideally, this candidate would also have payroll experience and be able to process a few payrolls for clients.
- To assist the Tax Director with the efficient running of the tax department focussing on personal tax compliance work.
- Dealing with routine personal tax queries
- Leading the change to payrolling benefits in kind.
